Dear Welkio User,

We have some very exciting news to share.

In the summer of 2014, we came up with the idea of modernizing the workplace with simple but very effective tools. During a company hackathon at Hathway, a mobile agency in San Luis Obispo, California, we started with Welkio, a modern and friendly visitor sign-in software that replaces the old sign-in book. We poured our hearts into building this product and we sincerely want to thank all of you for your invaluable feedback.

Today, we are very proud to announce that Welkio is joining WeWork, the community of creators that provides beautiful workspace, an inspiring community, and meaningful business services to tens of thousands of members around the world.

Our relationship with WeWork started in September 2015 when we moved our office into their beautiful Transbay location in San Francisco. Their mission is to create a world where people work to make a life, not just a living—something that resonated deeply with us. WeWork reached out to us in October 2015 following our public launch on Product Hunt and voiced interest in Welkio powering the visitor sign-in experience at their 85+ locations worldwide.

WeWork will provide Welkio with additional resources needed to strengthen our product and make a huge impact in the workplace. Knowing that WeWork shares our ambition and vision, we are very excited to combine forces and see Welkio grow to its full potential.
